PRE OCCUPATION CLEANING

• Clean all cabinets inside, outside and on top (Kitchen/Bedrooms/Bathrooms)
• Deep clean oven, stove top and cooker-hood
• Clean and disinfect wall tiles (Kitchen & Bathrooms)
• Clean and disinfect toilets/baths/showers
• Clean light fittings (excludes chandeliers) and plugs
• Wipe clean all doors and handles (internal & external)
• Vacuum clean all carpets
• Dust off spider cobwebs on and windows/doors / ceilings
• Mop all tiled/wooden floors (including balcony/patio/stoep)
• Wash window inside and outside (please note that upper level windows with no balcony may require special equipment which may attract additional payment)
• Clean garage floor and dust off spider cobwebs

 GENERAL CLEANING

• Wash & pack away dishes
• Clean all cabinet tops and spot clean cabinet doors (Kitchen / Bathrooms)
• Clean stove top, cooker hood & oven exterior (Oven interior cleaned on request)
• Clean microwave oven inside & outside
• Clean fridge/washing machine/dishwashing machine outside (Internal of fridge cleaned on request)
• Make up beds
• Dust and polish wooden furniture
• Dust/Wipe all window seals
• Clean and disinfect toilets/baths/showers
• Vacuum clean all carpets
• Mop all tiled/wooden floors (including balcony/patio/stoep)
• Wipe clean door handles
• Dust off spider cobwebs (internal window & ceiling)
• Empty & clean internal dustbins
• Take out trash

WINDOW CLEANING

• Clean windows inside & outside
• Dust off spider cobwebs
• Clean window frames
• Wipe window handles with damp cloth
